Beer-leaguers make a better effort in the defensive zone than EC. You'd think that a guy who is that flat-footed all the time wouldn't get hurt, because all he really does is watch the other players skate by him. Yet he seems to find a way to get injured even though he doesn't actually put forth an effort on the ice.
